Housing will be the focal point of discussion at the quarterly Joint Texarkana Meeting, which will be held today at 3 pm at the Council of Governments building on Elizabeth Street.
The mayors of both Texarkana, Texas, and Texarkana, Arkansas, will come together with other important people in city government to discuss the topic today.
This meeting of the minds between the two cities helps foster broad communication on essential topics of interest in the Twin Cities.
