A new Tex-Mex restaurant has opened in New Boston, which offers "made-on-site" tortillas with a seemingly endless variety of fresh ingredients.
This morning The Texarkana News talked to happy staff members who were thrilled to be serving quality, fresh food both day and night.

In the photo above, you can see the famous "Tejas Taco Plate." This lunch and dinner plate includes any taco with rice and beans for just $5.99. The tacos on offer are Carne Guisada, Beef Fajitas, Chicken Fajitas, Picadillo, Street Tacos, Steak Rancheros, Carnitas and Beans/Chorizo.Breakfast
The signature dish for breakfast is the "Tejas Breakfast Taco." The tacos are $2.99 each or $5.00 for two.The choices at breakfast include: Huevos Mexicanos, Bacon & Egg, Chorizo & Egg, Ham & Egg, Sausage & Egg and Potato & Chorizo.
