There are few places more fun on a pretty day than Spring Lake Park in Texarkana, and now eating there will be even easier.
The fine folks of the Oaklawn Texarkana Rotary Club are donating new picnic tables to be placed near the Rotary Splash Pad on the grounds of Spring Lake Park.
The Texarkana, Texas Parks and Recreation office is thrilled with the donation and publicly thanked the Rotarians.
So if you see an Oaklawn Rotary Club member, tell them thank you. Just think of all the great meals that will be served on the new picnic tables.
A huge thank you to the Oaklawn Rotary Club for their generous donation to purchase additional picnic benches for the Rotary Splash-Pad at Spring Lake Park.
