WATCH: Texas High School 113th Commencement 2019 - Full two-hour graduation program from Texarkana

Texas High School's 113th Commencement was a rousing success with happy graduates, family, staff and administrators sharing in the joy of the sweet success of this accomplished 2019 class.

The valedictorian was announced as Joseph Balmain Rodgers, the son of Dr Laura Balmain and Jules Rodgers.

The Texas High students achieved great success and also a record number of scholarships — $18.3 million dollars worth. The class also logged more than 100,000 community service hours.
